Provisional Financial Performance Report for Month 3 (FY 25/26)

Dear Shareholders,

The audit of the Jamaica Operations has been completed, but we are still awaiting the completion and sign off of the audit of the U.S. Operations where the issues of material prior period errors have arisen. We are making solid progress in finalising the audit of our U.S. Operations which involves six subsidiaries across five states. Once this U.S. audit is completed, the consolidated audit can then proceed.

This balance sheet adjustment in the U.S. could be significant and very material to our consolidated results and is presently the subject of detailed scrutiny by our auditors. As you will recall, the two balance sheet items which are the major source of these adjustments are inventories and biological assets.

During this process and until the quarterly unaudited financials have been published, JBG will continue to release the Company’s monthly provisional report, so that our shareholders and stakeholders may be kept abreast of the performance of the Company on an ongoing basis as required and in order to guide their investment decisions.

As previously indicated, JBG remains fully committed to ongoing dialogue with our regulators, shareholders, stakeholders, and the investing public.
