Vertical Integration

Our Jamaica and US Operations are both fully vertically integrated poultry operation models. Each territory is able to function independently of the other, however, strategic mechanisms have been implemented to allow each operation to bolster the other; a strategy that has proven strong particularly amidst the economic and logistic upheavals presented by the pandemic.

Our strategic locations position us to serve in ways that impact the bottom line for all our stakeholders and we leverage this advantage to help farmers and agricultural dealers establish and grow their own businesses in the field.

Management Structure

Sustaining a business over three territories is no small feat, but we do our best to make sure that our management teams stay connected with one another; all moving in tandem towards increased profitability and growth.

The BOARD OF DIRECTORS provides oversight towards the sound stewardship and governance of the Company’s affairs.

They work closely with our GROUP EXECUTIVES who craft and govern the overall strategic business plan for the Group of Companies each fiscal year.

Our OPERATIONAL EXECUTIVES are responsible for overseeing the execution of that strategy, giving special consideration to its unique application to each entity within their portfolio, towards efficient and profitable operation.

The MANAGEMENT & STAFF across our Operations, execute the day-to-day activities that allow our Company to meet business targets and objectives. They ‘get it done’ fast and smart, always staying ahead of the business.

Our teams also work alongside CONTRACTORS who have been engaged to provide specific services to the Company towards maximising productivity and efficiency.
