Hi-Pro and Project STAR kicked off the new year in partnership, hosting a one-day training session for 30 farmers from Treadlight, Racetrack and Havana Heights in Clarendon. The session provided hands-on insights into critical areas such as proper transportation and inspection of baby chicks, house sanitation and preparation, and effective strategies for the grow-out period. At the end of the training, each farmer received 50 baby chicks and 3 bags of feed, jointly funded in efforts to support and empower local farmers.
