Notwithstanding road work in progress along the Mandela Highway, the Hi-Pro Ace Supercentre promises that Christmas is ready to roll at Hi-Pro. As one of the Caribbean’s largest home centres, the store is preparing to host its first Hi-Pro Home Fest on December 14 and 15 with promises of live product demonstrations, ‘As seen on TV’ products, discounts and more.
Just a stone’s throw from the city of Portmore, the Hi-Pro Ace Supercentre offers convenient shopping facilities and is home to a wide array of home furnishings for kitchen, bathroom, living and dining spaces along with garden supplies, patio furniture, pet supplies, tools and hardware items. While the Hi-Pro brand is well known for its animal feeds, agronomy and farm supplies, the Hi-Pro Home Fest will showcase the unique home finishes and accessories that appeal to decorators, home owners and do-it-yourself (DIY) project masters.
Store operations manager, Tricia Jackson notes, “The Hi-Pro Home Fest will be an opportunity for our customers to experience the brands available in store. The event will also feature tool demos, painting and decorating tips for home owners looking to spruce things up for the Christmas season.”
Jaimie Ogilvie, Assistant Vice President, Hi-Pro Ace Division, explained that this event was conceptualised as part of the company’s sixtieth anniversary celebration.
“The Jamaica Broilers Group has been in operation for sixty years now and Hi-Pro is pleased to celebrate this milestone with our customers and other stakeholders. We want to take the opportunity to give back to our customers. Our Hi-Pro Christmas Winnings Promotion touches not only our farming community but our wider customer base and we feel that Home Fest allows us to celebrate with all our valued customers,“ said Ogilvie.
As of Saturday, December 15 the Supercentre will also be extending store hours for the remainder of the Christmas season; Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am – 6:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am – 6:30pm.
